Abstract
Workers exposed to ionizing radiation must be insured by a high quality radiation dosimetry. The dosimetric process requires the use of a dosimeter, which is a device used to measure the cumulative amount of radiation that a person is exposed. To evaluate that, each kind of dosimeter has its specific reading mechanism, using a specific physical property.
