Abstract

We used rate equations to model experimental resistivity recovery results for concentrated Fe-Cr alloys in order to obtain information about the concentration and strength of Cr configurational traps for self interstitial atoms, that are expected to exist based on atomic level modelling. The model provides effective values in agreement with molecular dynamics simulations.
