N2 - In this short proceedings paper, we very briefly described the methodology of our new Artificial Intelligence (AI) based approach to study the kinetics of migration of point-defects in Fe based bcc alloys. Examples of successful AI regression of the Vacancy Migration Energy are shown, thus highlighting the interest of the method. Finally, our first results in the modeling of self-interstitials migration are presented.
