Abstract
161Tb has many attractive properties (half‐life of 6.9 d, β−decay energy of 593 keV, conversion and Auger electron emission) for targeted radionuclide therapy with peptides and antibodies.1 161Tb can be produced via neutron irradiation of 160Gd in a nuclear reactor, such as BR2(flux of circa 1014 neutrons cm−2 s−1) at SCK•CEN.
